A few years ago I'll are thinking for hours or maybe days about something that was simply insignificant to somebody else. Did the colleague misunderstand that I didn't smile once I said morning to her? Should I even have sat longer with my parents and not only for an hour? Could I even have done this or that better? So I started trying to find ways to not think such a lot. Maybe within the end, it had been my fault that I used to be not thankful enough - in several areas of my life - which made me feel inadequate? Should I focus more on my very own needs and begin brooding about things that basically matter? 
I will not play it cool for you. I'm a person who thinks an excessive amount of. Maybe it's insufficient - and what I'm saying isn't an excessive amount of (see what I did there?). therefore the ways to affect " overthinking" are some things I will be able to do with you.
