We think that happiness is elusive, that one needs to be rich, beautiful, famous, or accomplished. Even love is not enough to be happy for a long time. Some may have a wonderful family, but not feel happy inside.

So where is the joy of life? Read below ...

The secrets of happiness:


Everything that vibrates us makes us happy, and that is an adventure, freedom, and personal meaning in life. With simple moves we can create happiness, the important thing is to start taking a few simple steps:




Step out:




Turn off the TV, discard the slippers and go outside. Every hour's time spent in front of TV reduces life expectancy by 22 minutes. Television also has a significant effect on brain chemistry. The more we see, the more the brain goes into a passive mode of operation where the messages pass through our minds without us participating. We become more susceptible to influence and more vulnerable (Source: Santa Nature Innovation). So, it's best to go out and prefer to get in touch with nature: observe a sunset, listen to the sound of the sea, smell a flower, observe a tree-like artist who wants to paint it. Move

Climb the garden, walk, bike, swim, dance, and move in your daily routine. Exercise increases the levels of serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine which act as a natural euphoria in our body, reduce stress and symptoms of depression. Often the first step is the most difficult but over time you will feel how immediately the movement improves the state of mind, relaxes, and causes deep euphoria. If you do sedentary work, get in the habit of getting up and stretching every twenty minutes.

Treat yourself well and lightly:



What we eat directly affects our mood and energy level, both in the short and long-term. A healthy diet helps our body and clarity of thought. Poor diet with a lot of fats (such as fast food), heavy meals and overeating, make us more apathetic and create the conditions for chronic diseases. On the contrary, after a meal with fresh vegetables, vegetable protein, or good fats such as omega 3, in balanced amounts and light cooking, it does not even cause the mood for siesta, it offers the feeling of fullness of energy ready for new designs.

Take a cold bath:



Start your bath with warm water. Then reduce the heat, and gradually increase the ratio of cold until the body gets used to it and rinse with cold water. This feeling can make us feel instant euphoria when you are dry you will feel your body full of energy.

. Many times we are disappointed because we live with illusions, we believe that others will not approve of what we want, they do not support us, or we are afraid of consequences. But everything is our responsibility to choose from!

Walk barefoot:

Instead of waiting for an illness or a loss to make you grateful for what you already have, do it now. Feel grateful for all the gifts of life: the light of the sun, the chirping of birds, the good speech of others, a wish, a smile.
And one last thing: Happiness is neither present nor present. It is in action: man feels real joy only through what he does. Human happiness is the happiness at work, the happiness of action with mental-emotional meaning (even if it is meditation) and creation!plenty of water, eat a balanced diet and as much clean food as possible, reduce the consumption of sugar and its derivatives, exercise regularly, sleep well.

Recognize everything that makes you feel good and make sense of your own existence (mental, and spiritual) and shape your life accordingly  even if they change over time. Life will reward you with deep satisfaction; a sense of strength, meaning, and happiness!
